This Policy governs personal data collected through our website, lead-generation forms, WhatsApp business channels, email exchanges, and any deliverable, audit, blueprint or AI infrastructure we operate on behalf of a client.

We only collect personal data that is necessary, adequate and relevant to the purpose communicated. The categories we process include:

• Identification data: full name, work email, company, role, phone number.
• Commercial data: industry, revenue range, declared revenue challenge, country.
• Communication metadata: WhatsApp / email message content you send us.
• Technical data: IP address, device, browser, language, pages viewed and approximate location (via analytics).
• Service delivery data: any data the Client authorizes us to process while we operate AI infrastructure on their behalf.

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

• Responding to your audit request and delivering the 7-day AI blueprint.
• Providing, configuring and operating contracted AI services.
• Communicating commercial proposals, updates and educational content.
• Complying with our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
• Preventing fraud and securing our platform.
• Improving our website, services and AI models on aggregated/anonymized data.

Processing is grounded in the following legal bases, as applicable: (i) your express, free and informed consent under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012; (ii) the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures requested by you; (iii) compliance with a legal obligation; and (iv) the legitimate interest of Impulso Digital in operating, securing and improving its services.

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:

• Sub-processors that support service delivery (cloud, email, CRM, analytics, AI providers) under written confidentiality and data-protection agreements.
• Our clients, when you contact us via a channel they sponsor.
• Competent authorities when required by law or judicial order.

Impulso Digital operates from four global hubs (Miami, Bogotá, Panamá and Karachi) and relies on cloud and AI providers that may process data outside Colombia. Where data is transferred internationally, we ensure adequate safeguards under Colombian regulations, including written sub-processor agreements and use of providers offering equivalent standards of protection.

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described, comply with legal obligations, or attend to legal claims. Lead data is retained for up to 36 months from the last interaction unless deletion is requested earlier. Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely.

Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, you have the right to:

• Access and obtain a copy of your personal data.
• Update, rectify or correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request the deletion of your data when the legal grounds for processing no longer apply.
• Revoke the consent previously granted.
• Be informed about the use given to your data.
• File a complaint with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC) of Colombia.

To exercise any of these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@impuldigital.pro. We will respond within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a complete request. We may ask you to verify your identity to protect your data.

Our website uses essential cookies for navigation and analytics cookies (e.g. PostHog) to understand usage and improve performance. You may disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

We implement administrative, technical and physical safeguards described in our Security Policy, including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, multi-factor authentication for privileged access, and continuous monitoring.

Our services are designed for businesses and executives. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children under 14. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact our DPO and we will delete it.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The 'Last updated' date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be notified through our website or by email when reasonably possible.
